4 Exercises to Build The Upper Body 💪

Upper Body Workout @ Omega Health and Fitness.

The workout started with riding our bikes to the gym which is 11 km each way.

Then we did the following...

Push Ups
4 sets of 10+ reps

T-Bar Rows
4 sets of 10 reps

Viking Press
4 sets of 10 reps

Lat Pull Downs
4 sets of 10 reps

This is a simple and effective workout to work all the major movement patterns of the Upper Body 💪
