If you’re already super duper flexible and already have your front splits and a decent straddle then this flow drill is a great one for you to build up strength and practice BOTH sides of your splits!

One of the most common issues I see with people who do the front splits is that they have a preferred side, one that they always like to do or will sit in for longer - and really neglect that other side!

...which often is related to them having back or hamstring issues on one side!
