Here's How To 10X Your Entire Life Rapidly & Predictably (7 Steps)

Here are some tips from our Fit Father Project Team to help you improve your life overall. This is a motivational video that is a bit different than our normal Fit Father Project "health and fitness content."

Here are 7 Strategies that are instrumental in our life as we've grown The Fit Father Project.

Strategy #1: Set Short Term Targets

You have 4x "90-Day Years"

Strategy #2: Write our your Guiding Principles *on paper*

Your core values need to value you consciously.

Strategy #3: Write down your limited beliefs and weaknesses.

This will help you double down on the things you're strong at, while getting support in the areas you're not as strong at.

Strategy #4: Make an issues list.

What is broken in your life right now? Write the actual things that are causing you suffering right now. Close these loops!

Strategy #5: Set your immediate world in order.

Live in your 3-foot world. Make your bed. Clean up your desk. Create an environment that helps you be as productive as possible.

Strategy #6: Get a badass morning routine.

Drink water. Move your body. Get some sunlight. Pray/meditate.

Strategy #7: Celebrate your success more. Smell the roses.

As you chase the horizon, it will always keep moving. Set up opportunities to be grateful and celebrate how far you've come.
