Seated cable rows 10
cut weight in half
single arm cable rows 10 each arm

tri set - 3 sets
Wide grip lat pull downs10
close reverse grip pull downs 10
bent over plate rows 10

Superset - 3 sets
Smith machine bent over wide grip rows 10
single arm dumbbell rows 10 each arm

2 sets
Resistance band (or you can use a plate) incline back extensions 10
drop band - incline back extensions 10
incline pulse back extensions 5
