Postnatal ab rehab Stage 2 (diastasis recti safe)
A great introductory ab workout following the stage 1 rehab video for strengthening your abs and improving your stability after having a baby. This ab routine consists of 5 steps that allow you to progress at your own pace as your strength and stability improve postnatally. These exercises are diastasis recti(ab separation) safe, if you are sure to follow the instructions and stabilise the abs as shown.
