Advanced Full Body Pilates Workout(with props)
This is an advanced workout for those who have experience in Pilates and a good body awareness. You will require strength and co-ordination for this workout and you will need props. The workout targets all areas of the body, abs, shoulders, glutes, and legs. The core is challenged in the stability exercises, and endurance throughout.
If you don't have props, some of the exercises can be done without or with substitutes.
TONING BALLS can be replaced with weights or water bottles
Feet can be placed on a bed or sofa to replace the large stability ball in shoulder bridge
A small roller can be used in some of the exercises
