Postnatal Ab Rehab (diastasis recti safe)
This is your first stage of exercises that are safe to do after pregnancy, once you are cleared by your doctor to start exercise. These ab exercises are aimed at those with uncomplicated pregnancy and child birth. (Please always check with your doctor before you start exercise after pregnancy). These exercises are also safe for those with diastasis recti/ab separation, and will introduce you to the principles of effectively reactivating, finding, and stabilising the abs to build a strong foundation for your abs to start to recover, strengthen and regain function after pregnancy.
