Get Army Fit In 10 Minutes | Pure Cardio | Workout 3

In this Get Army Fit in 10 Minutes workout, it is all about the cardio. It is non stop for 10 minutes. This is a 20 minute workout packed into 10 minutes. Instead of doing 30 secs on and 30 secs off, this is 1 minute on and 1 minute on lol.

The workout is one minute of each exercise:
4 x 4 Count Jumping Jacks into 2 Squat Thrusts
10 High Knees into 2 Basket Ball Jumps
5 x 4 Count Mountain Climbers To 2 Push Ups
5 x 4 Count Plank Jacks into Walk Ups
30 Secs Each Side Plank

Once finished, repeat one more time.
