Military Fitness 2 Week Workout Plan For Bleep Test | 2KM Run | Med Ball Throw | Mid Thigh Pull

If you need to shave a couple of seconds off your 2km run or add distance to your med ball throw, this workout plan is perfect and requires no equipment.

As a Physical Training Instructor in the army and a boxing coach, I have trained hundreds of soldiers to get them fit in short periods of time and this type of training works perfectly.

The 2 week plan is:

Day 1, 3, 5 - 100 Hand Release Burpees, 100 x 4 Count Flutter Kicks, 100 x 4 Count Jumping Jacks. Only move onto the next exercise once you have finished all of the reps of the exercise before it.

Day 2, 4, 6 - 100 Squats straight into a 30 min max distance run.

Day 7 - Rest and stretch.
