Road to 100 Burpees - Workout 15 and 18
3 x 8 minutes rounds of:
1 - 40 secs of Squats then 1 full 1 pump burpee
2 - 40 secs of plank then 1 full 1 pump burpee
3 - 40 secs of lunges then 1 full 1 pump burpee
4 - 40 secs of 4 count leg raises then then 1 full 1 pump burpee
5 - 40 secs of glute bridge then 1 full 1 pump burpee
6 - 40 secs of high knees then 1 full 1 pump burpee
7 - 40 secs of supermen then then 1 full 1 pump burpee
8 - 40 secs of burpees no press up then then 1 full 1 pump burpee
