20 Minute Dynamic Fitness - Back to Basics
In this 20 Minute Dynamic Fitness Workout we are going back to basics. This is a real calorie burner and will certainly make you sweat!!
The workout is:
100 x 1 Pump Burpees followed by 100 x 2 Pump Burpees.
It works out to 10 Burpees a minute for 20 minutes.
