Total Body Workout - 10 Rounds For Time - British Army Warrior Fitness - Military Fitness

In this Total Body Workout - 10 Rounds For Time we do 4 different exercises. It was posted by British Army Warrior Fitness and I found it quite tough towards the end.

The workout is 10 rounds of:
10 Burpees
10 Air Squats
10 Press Ups
10 Sit Ups

Once you have completed the 4 exercises that counts as one round.

I found going from Burpees to Squats was quite tough and I think I will pace myself a little better next time.
