20 Minute Fitness Workout - Triceps, Chest, Shoulders

This is by far the hardest 20 minutes I have ever spent working out, as you will see by the end of the video

This 20 Minute Dynamic Fitness workout targets your triceps, chest and shoulders whilst incorporating CV.

This routine strengthens and develops all the upper body areas but focuses on the areas mentioned above.

The workout is split into 2 rounds of 10 exercises. The burpees are for a full minute and the focussed exercises are 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

The workout is as follows:
1. 1 minute - Hand Release Burpees
2. 1 minute (20 sec on 10 secs off) Single Leg Tricep Dips
3. 1 minute - Hand Release Burpees
4. 1 minute (20 sec on 10 secs off) Diamond Press Ups
5. 1 minute - Hand Release Burpees
6. 1 minute (20 sec on 10 secs off) Shoulder Press ups
7. 1 minute - Hand Release Burpees
8. 1 minute (20 sec on 10 secs off) Skull Crushers
9. 1 minute - Hand Release Burpees
10. 1 minute (20 sec on 10 secs off) Press Ups 3 Ways
