5:00 Superset One (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Banded Push Up
Robot Row

Bent Arm Jack (40s work + 20s rest)

10:00 Superset Two (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Chest Press
Dumbbell Pull Over

Plank Tap + Jack (40s work + 20s rest)

15:00 Superset Three (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Underhand Row
Scapular Squeeze

Jumping Jack (40s work + 20s rest)

20:00 Superset Four (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Single Arm Row
T-Push Up

Burpee + Clap (40s work + 20s rest)
