Train Each Muscle Once or Twice Per Week - Does It Really Matter?
Many people say you should workout each muscle group once per week, some say you should be training each muscle group twice a week, and others say you should hit each muscle three times per week...
This video was taken from one of my LIVE Stream Total Fitness Bodybuilding Video Chats where I host a Q & A every Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm EST.
This question asks what are the pros and cons of all the different workout frequencies, and does it really matter when it comes to building muscle in the real world.
Just a heads up, muscle group workout frequency is only a small piece of the bigger picture when it comes to building muscle and losing fat. There's A LOT more important things that you need to focus on first before worrying about if you should have a once a week workout split or twice a week workout split even makes any difference to your actual gains in the gym.
