Leg Day Workout Highlight Reel @ Omega Health and Fitness Gym

This was my lower body workout for today... quads, hamstrings, calfs, and abs.

1. Leg Extensions
2. Romanian Deadlifts RDL
3. Walking Lunges
4. Abdominal Leg Raises
5. Standing Calf Raises

For each exercise I started off light and did several progressively heavier sets working up to a heavy set of 10 reps.
