About 1 year ago I was deciding whether to stay at around 10% body fat or to push my physique to the next level and do a lean bulk. Normally over the years, I stayed around 12% body fat as a baseline and then would occasionally get leaner for the summer. After giving this some thought, I decided it was time to lean bulk and see how much muscle I could gain after 10 years of training.

And now, 1 year later, I’m making this video to share my experience after gaining muscle and fat in this lean bulk. I go over all the stats including my strength levels, body fat percentage changes, mood, energy, health, and much more. This video is a comparison between 10% body fat vs 15% body fat and it also shows what 15% body fat with muscle actually looks like.
