Master The Art of Failing Your Way To Six Pack Abs

In this video you'll learn the success mindset that will empower you to never give up and use failure to achieve your goals faster.
Why is this important?
If you don't have this mindset nothing else will help you.
No matter how much knowledge you currently have about training and nutrition, money, good habits are or how much willpower you can spend.
So why do people fail in general?
There are really only 2 obstacles.
The 2 ways people can fail at getting lean and health:
- Messing up and then quitting.
- Not starting because the change seems too hard
Most of us been there, including me with many different habits.
The answer to both of these issues is really the same: Do it again.
And keep doing it. Keep trying until you figure it out.
The problem is that people feel discouraged by failure, or feel overwhelmed or intimidated.
Quick story:
The Model T was created after Henry Ford shipped a very imperfect Model A automobile.
He used the Model A for his mechanics to gather real-world information about problems with the car.
And then they made it better, one problem at a time.
They could only gathered this information by shipping the car. On paper it all seemed perfect.
The lesson we can get from this:
We can only learn the real-world information you need to make a new behavior stick (exercise, diet, meditation, reading, creating, non-procrastinating, yoga, etc.) by actually doing the habit.
So the most important thing you need to do is keep doing the habit you want to build.
If you make mistakes, that’s great, because that is what will help you improve your method and make it better.
Failure is good.
Think of yourself like a scientist trying many different things until he finally finds the right formula.
There's only one type of person who's not failing, and that is someone who's not taking any action.
Imaging your training and nutrition like a puzzle where you don't know what the end results looks like.
It will take time to put it together the right way.
And every time you fail you double your chances of success, there's one less things you need worry about because you tried it.
And it's only a matter of time until you get it right.
In order to make this a lifestyle you have to become okay with failing.
And this mindset will guarantee success in the long run not just in fitness but in everything else you do.
