In this video, you'll learn how to fix imbalances and weak muscle groups.

I go into my training philosophy when it comes to identifying and correcting imbalances which I see a lot of guys ignoring.

- Unilateral movements help fix imbalances
- Works great to develop glutes and quads
- Helps you develop balance
- Counteracts the sedentary lifestyle by working the hip flexors

The idea behind this video was to share with you guys how I deal with movements I don't really like.

Be objective, pay attention to your weak points and do whatever it takes to fix them.

By neglecting your weak areas you create more imbalances which in the long run can lead to injuries or just a weird looking body in the best case scenario.
