How To Stay Fit While Traveling

In this video, I talk about how to stay fit while traveling and maintain healthy habits through self-accountability.

Summary:

A lot of healthy habits such as exercise and nutrition are somewhat linked to the environment and as soon as we change that we lose a lot of the triggers for those habits.

And the only way to maintain these habits is through cultivating self-awareness so we're aware at all times what things in our lives are doing to us.

In modern times more people don't self-reflect very often and aren't aware much for what's going on in their life.

One of the biggest reasons for this is simply the number of distractions we have today and so many things fighting for our attention.

Developing self-awareness is the key to success not only in health and fitness but in life.

Tools I've used are food journals, 5-minute diaries and making notes every day to force your brain to recall what happened so you're more aware.
