We are all wired to be social creatures, and by default, we care a lot about what others think of us. At one point in evolution, this was definitely a critical element for survival, but today this wiring can lead to a lot of failure and unhappiness.

Whether your goal is to put on more muscle mass, lose body fat, get stronger, or do anything with your body, you'll inevitably face a lot of criticism, and many people will be happy to tell you all about what you need to do.

The real question is how to stop caring what people think of you and not let it get to you so you can be free to pursue your goals and create the body you want.

Fitness is one of those things where we're especially vulnerable to caring way too much what others say. I know for myself, as someone who's never had a body I was proud of, negative feedback from others would affect me quite a lot mentally.

Not only did I care too much what people think of me, but I didn't know my own value, and I judged it based on other people's opinions. This was a huge obstacle to changing my life for better not only with my fitness and health but with all other areas.

I was forced to learn how to stop caring about what people think. There was no other option if I wanted to be happy and free. And in this video, I share my thoughts and experiences that I hope will help you learn how to stop caring about what others think of you or say about you.
