How To Become Fit and Healthy (Daily Decisions)

Here's how to become fit and healthy as well as what it takes to truly change your lifestyle.

According to multiple sources we make about 35000 remotely conscious decisions every day.

And we probably make a lot more than that. It's impossible to quantify or generalize.

Another interesting point is that researchers at Cornell found that people make an average of 226.7 decisions about food alone.

Now the question is, with so many decisions, why aren't more people in control of their health.

The reality is that most people don't take responsibility for these choices.

And then what happens is that the big food companies step in and make those decisions for them.

We can safely assume that the food industry won't have our best interest in mind. Their primary motives will most likely be extracting the maximum monetary value out of each customer.

So the big idea is the question: "Why more people don't step up and take control over their health?"

And that's something I'd love to hear your thoughts on and what you think.
