Getting in shape isn't easy. It takes a lot of learning about how to set up your nutrition for fat loss, and then there's the whole side of training to get gain lean muscle. However, figuring out the basics of creating a calorie deficit and setting up an exercise routine isn't the biggest obstacle for most people.
To successfully go through a body transformation, you need a combination of good diet and exercise programming and then a proper plan to permanently change your lifestyle. The part that's difficult for most people is changing habits and the psychology of change. In this video I dive into what was the hardest part about getting in shape for me and what you need to know to get better results on your fitness journey.
