Question Everything - Get Shredded and Strong With a Scientist's Mind

In this video you'll learn how having a scientist's mind helped me in my journey to getting super lean and strong.
The big idea from this video is to question everything you hear regardless if it's coming from this channel or from someone else.
I know it might be a bit weird me saying that you shouldn't believe my videos but that's the reality.
I'm open to changing my beliefs if new data comes out, and so should you be. We don't want to lock ourselves in with our ego, and fixed beliefs.
No-one knows what the future will bring. I try to deliver the best content I can based on the current evidence we have in fitness and nutrition but some day we might find a better way of doing things. And we need to be ready to accept changes if that happens.
As Darwin said: "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change."

Science changes, new studies keep coming, information keeps evolving and we should be open to new ideas.
What kept me improving my fitness and health is the fact that I was curious. I was questioning the sources of information all the time. And I would always have a tiny healthy dose of skepticism toward anything that seemed too good to be true.
This is exactly the kind of mindset that got me where I am today. It's the mindset of a scientist.
Info you hear on this channel is based on current science, on real studies and on my experience.
And the science can change. There was a time when we believed the world was flat.
In terms of fitness and nutrition there was a time we didn't really know much about calories, macros and all these other things that we found now are key to success.
This again can change and we might find something else. Or some other type of training that is much more effective than weights.
You never know. And that's the point.
Be ready to change if necessary.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy the content and take action right now. The methods and techniques I'm talking about work, they work 100% and they will get you to your goal faster than ever before.
But one day there might be something better.
And it's up to us to the best we can at this time with the information that is currently available to us.
