Today's Yoga Fusion workout is a combo of Yoga inspired movements designed for strength and mobility. Using no equipment, your own body-weight will act as resistance flowing through controlled movements to build lean muscle, improve mobility and flexibility all while getting your heart rate up and maybe, just maybe breaking a sweat ;)
