HIIT Leg Workout // Strength & Power

Welcome to today's HIIT Legs Workout!!! This lower body workout will help build strength and power in the legs. We will perform each exercise 3 times before moving to the next to really lock in our form, fatigue each muscle group and create some serious heat - Bring on the Jello legs! ;) #HIIT #LegsWorkout #HomeWorkout

4:10 HIIT Leg Circuit (30s work + 30s rest x3 straight sets)
Goblet Squat
Jump Squat
Deadlift
Deadlift + Hop
Glute Bridge
Low Pulses
Reverse Lunges
Curtsey + Hop
28:00 Cool Down & Stretch
