HB - Primolius auricollis - Yellow-collared Macaw

Este Guacamayo habita en el Norte de Argentina en la región de las Yungas, en el Noreste de Bolivia, Paraguay y centro oeste de Brasil. En esta oportunidad primero escuchamos su característico canto o mejor dicho "grito" que puede oírse a gran distancia y luego, por suerte, pudimos observar esta hermosa pareja muy de cerca. Se encontraban bebiendo agua que se juntó de manera natural en una horqueta de Cebil Colorado.

This macaw inhabits the northern part of Argentina in the Yungas region, in the northeast of Bolivia, Paraguay and central western Brazil. On this occasion we first heard its characteristic song or rather "shout" that can be heard from a great distance and then, fortunately, we were able to observe this beautiful couple very closely. They were drinking water that naturally gathered in a fork within a Cebil Colorado tree.
