HB - Amazona Tucumana - Tucuman Amazon

El Loro Alisero se distribuye en una pequeña franja de las Yungas Australes que va desde el sur de Bolivia hasta el Norte de Argentina. Generalmente se asocia a bosques de Alnus acuminata y Podocarpus parlatorei emplazandos en el estrato de las Yungas conocido como Bosque Montano. En esta oportunidad un grupo de 58 individuos se poso en un arbol de Tipuana tipa donde descansaron y se alimentaron durante aproximadamente una hora.

The Tucuman Amazon is distributed in a small strip of the Southern Yungas that goes from the south of Bolivia to the North of Argentina. It is generally associated with forests of Alnus acuminata and Podocarpus parlatorei located in the Yungas stratum known as the Montane Forest. This time a group of 58 individuals settled in a Tipuana tipa tree where they rested and fed for about an hour.
