Keema (Lamb) is the most loved and classic recipe of all time. If you love curried lamb, you must try my lamb keema with potatoes. Lamb cooks so well with starchy potatoes and fresh herbs making it such an interesting
main dish. You can eat it with paratha, naan bread, chapatti or even a toasted brioche bun. Interestingly enough, will taste great with even spaghetti or any other pasta for a change (someone's brilliant idea).
All you need is a pint of chilled beer or a glass of red wine and good music in the background for a meal that is many times better than your takeaway meal. Hope I have inspired you enough.

200g Lamb Keema (minced)
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2'' cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
2 black cardamoms
4-5 green cardamoms
6 black peppercorns
2 medium-sized onions
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
6-7 cloves of garlic
2'' ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 potatoes (diced)
1/2 ginger sliced in julienne
2 slitted green chillies
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp fresh coriander
salt to taste
water as required
