Chicken Pepper Fry

Recipe Ingredients

450g chicken with/without bones
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cracked black peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon

Spice mix
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 tsp cumin seeds

3-4 tbsp coconut/vegetable oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 cup sliced shallots
2 red chilles
15 curry leaves
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
10 curry leaves
Warm water as required
Salt to taste

1 inch ginger julienned
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 lemon
