Dhaba Style Butter Chicken

Chicken Marination Ingredients:
300g chicken with/without bones
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 lemon
1 tsp salt
The Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp butter
2 onions (Sliced)
4 tomatoes (Sliced)
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
12-14 cashew nuts soaked in water
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp toasted Kasoori Methi
1/2 cup double cream
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Warm water as required
Salt to taste
