Prawn Masala Curry
Prawn Masala Curry is a delectable and aromatic dish that originates from the rich culinary tapestry of Indian cuisine. Ingredients
350g raw prawns (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon
4 tbsp vegetable/coconut oil
2 medium-sized onions (minced)
4 tomatoes (pureed)
10 cloves of peeled garlic
1 inch of peeled ginger
2 green chillies (deseeded)
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
1/2 lemon
Salt as required
