Nothing makes a good old Side Plank better than some limb action!

The Side Plank Toe Tap is great to challenge your abductors & adductors while also working on some flexion and extension of the hip.

With practice, you want to find this easy peasy but it’s really common to struggle to support yourself with that inside leg, so don't give or or get disheartened, just make sure to work on the regressed version we show you!

It is so important to include hip movement in your core work to help everything to learn how to work together!

If you want lift weights or do cool stuff, you want this to be a simple warm up for you! Not something you avoid because it’s too hard -- Been there, done that and was happy to return that T-Shirt!
