Push Up Hack - How To Do More Push Ups 💪

Instead of doing push ups with your hands flat on the floor, which can limit your range of motion and place more strain on your wrists.

Try doing them holding Hex Dumbbells or Push Up Handles. This will keep your wrists in better alignment and reduce strain, while allowing you to get a better range of motion in the bottom portion of the push up.

This is a simple and effective workout hack will allow you to get more reps with more comfort and spur on new muscle growth in your chest.
