5 Minute HIIT Arm Workout for Seniors, Beginner Exercisers

This 5 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will strengthen your arms and upper body and improve cardiovascular health. It includes four 20 second rounds of exercises with 10 seconds of rest in between. The workout is a short exercise program that gets your heart rate up, burns calories and makes you sweat -- which is a good thing!

The workout consists of 2 rounds of:
- Front and Overhead Claps
- Pullbacks
- Pushouts
- Bicep Curls

The goal is to do each exercise as fast as you can. You don’t have to go at our speed -- go at your own pace.
