Tasty Banana Bread Recipe 🍌 #shorts #asmr

Delicious, moist, and naturally sweet – this healthy banana bread is the perfect treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Made with ripe bananas, whole grain flour, honey, and a touch of cinnamon, it’s light yet flavorful. The Greek yogurt keeps it soft and moist, while optional nuts, dried fruit, or dark chocolate give it an extra twist.

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, olive or coconut oil, honey, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine whole grain flour, ground oats or nuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
5. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
6. If using, gently stir in nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate pieces.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. 🍌🥧
