This creamy raspberry banana smoothie is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and refreshing. Packed with fresh fruit, yogurt, and milk, it’s a healthy drink that works for breakfast, post-workout, or an afternoon boost. Easy to make, naturally sweet, and full of vitamins!

Ingredients:

• 70 g fresh or frozen raspberries
• 1 ripe banana (about 100–120 g, frozen for best texture)
• 120 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 150 g strawberry Greek yogurt (or 100 g plain Greek yogurt + 50 g strawberries)
• 3 ice cubes (about 30 g)
• 1 sprig of fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instruction:

1. Add raspberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and ice cubes to a blender.

2. Blend for 40–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint if desired, and enjoy chilled.

This recipe makes about 300–350 ml of smoothie – just the right portion for one refreshing serving.
