In this Boxing Tutorial and Workout | Get Army Fit in 10 Minutes | Workout 4 video, I take you through the fundamentals of a boxing stance, throwing a jab, throwing a backhand and also how to throw punches on the move.

Once the tutorial is complete we then do a 10 minute boxing circuit, 20 secs on 10 secs off for one minute per exercise.

1. Double jab backhand
2. Bicycle punches
3. Shoeshiners
4. Cross body punches
5. Side elbow to knees
