Hip Dips | Wider Hips | Hip Dip Workout | Home | 10 Minutes
Welcome back to another Workout Thursday video!
So many of us struggle with hip dips - its something I have always noticed on myself and so I wanted to share a workout with you all today that has helped me reduce my hip dips and get wider hips.
Now, working the side of your glute muscles is the key to wider hips and it can help fix the appearance of hip dips. As well as working the sides, we also want to focus on the top of our glutes, to give the overall appearance of a rounder butt.
While you may not be able to fix your hip dips completely, exercise really does help to make a difference.
You can some light resistance to this moves and make sure to repeat this circuit twice for a 10-minute workout.
