Simple Banana Sponge Cake Recipe | 香蕉海棉蛋糕~簡單做法!

今日同大家分享香蕉海棉蛋糕的做法。 蛋糕非常鬆軟,又唔會過甜。小貼士:天氣炎熱,蛋糕容易變壞,建議放入雪櫃保鮮。喜歡就 share 俾朋友睇同 like 啦!

材料:
低筋麵粉 105 克
玉米油 75 毫升
熟透香蕉 100 克 (約 1 根)
檸檬汁 2 克 (½ 茶匙)
雞蛋黃 6 個 (114 克)
雞蛋白 6 個 (184 克)
白砂糖 72 克
鹽 1 克 (¼ 茶匙)

Ingredients:
105 grams cake flour
75 ml corn oil
100 grams mashed banana
2 grams (½ tsp) lemon juice
6 large egg yolks (114 grams)
6 large egg whites (184 grams)
72 grams sugar
1 gram (¼ tsp) salt

Note:
Square baking pan 8" x 8" inches
Bake in a 300℉ (150℃) oven for one hour
