南瓜杯子蛋糕 | Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Muffins
Autumn is here! And with that comes pumpkins and spice. Today I will show you how to make this soft, moist, and delicious cinnamon sugar pumpkin muffin. They're sweet but not too sweet! Don't be surprised if you find yourself baking these all fall.

Makes 10 muffins
Ingredients:
198 grams pumpkin
100 grams (2 large eggs)
200 grams (1 cup) white granulated sugar
67 grams (¼ cup + 1½ Tbsps) vegetable oil
188 grams (1⅓ cup) all-purpose flour
3 grams (½ teaspoon) salt
6 grams (1½ teaspoon) baking powder
2 grams (½ teaspoon) cinnamon powder
Topping Ingredients:
45 grams (⅓ cup) walnuts
12 grams (1 tablespoon) white granulated sugar
2 grams (½ teaspoon) cinnamon powder
材料:

雞蛋 100 克 (2 個)
白砂糖 200 克 (1 杯)
植物油 67 克 (¼ 杯+ 1½ 湯匙)
中筋麵粉 188 克 (1⅓ 杯)
鹽 3 克 (½ 茶匙)
發粉(泡打粉) 6 克 (1½ 茶匙)
肉桂粉 2 克 (½ 茶匙)
裝飾材料:
核桃 45 克 (⅓ 杯)
白砂糖 12 克 (1 湯匙)
肉桂粉 2 克 (½ 茶匙)
