Chow Mein with Soy Sauce | 豉油皇炒麵 *做法超簡單 一學就會*

Soy Sauce Stir Fry Noodles (Chow Mein) is definitely one of the classic noodle dishes in Hong Kong. Many Hong Kong people eat this for breakfast. Here is my easy recipe on how to make a delicious Soy Sauce Chow Mein.

材料:
全蛋麵餅 2個 (95 克)
芽菜 適量 (38 克)
韭黃 適量 (38 克)
蔥 2 條
油 3 湯匙 (17克)

調味料:
生抽 3 茶匙 (17 克)
老抽 2 茶匙 (10 克)
糖 1 茶匙 (6 克)

Ingredients:
2 pieces (95 grams) dried Egg Noodles
38 grams Bean Sprouts
38 grams Yellow Nira (Yellow Chives)
2 stalks of Green Onion
3 tablespoons (17 grams) Cooking Oil

Seasoning:
3 teaspoons (17 grams) Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons (10 grams) Dark Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon (6 grams) Sugar
