水 1200 毫升
淡奶 105 毫升
白砂糖 98 克
鮮忌廉 (鮮奶油) 132 毫升
無鹽牛油 (無鹽奶油) 32 克
水 168 毫升
鷹粟粉 (玉米粉) 16 克
吉士粉 32 克
蛋黃 3個
蛋 1 個
Ingredients:
94 grams tapioca pearl
1200 ml water
105 ml evaporated milk
98 grams Sugar
132 ml heavy whipping cream
32 grams unsalted butter
168 ml water
16 grams cornstarch
32 grams custard powder
3 large egg yolks
1 egg (brush the top of the pudding)
