Recommended Warm-Up: Standing
Equipment Needed: Light DBs, Step or Bosu, Mat
☕Step Up Right Leg, Front Press
☕Step Up Left Leg, Lateral Raise
☕Squat Cross Punch
☕Squat Lunge Combo
☕Side Step Up and Over
☕Seated Oblique Crunch
☕Hip Press Feet on Bosu or Step
☕Seated Alternating Leg Lift
☕Side to Side Shuffle
Remember to roll, stretch and then drink up when you’re done and get a little hydration in!☕
