Standing warmup-
Elbow knee March
Open close Knee
Butt Kicks
Lateral Bend

Workout
SA Front Scoop with Band
Balance leg around & back balance
DB Lateral Bend

Band Pull apart
Shifting side lunge
DMB
Around the world Backbends

Alt. Biceps curl with Band
Torso twist in squat
3 part calf raise

SA tricep extension (supine)
Double crunch
Side lying leg lift top and bottom leg

Spinal Release
Bride arm Pullover
Pelvic Tilt Transverse Combo

Roll and stretch when done!
