😴Double Crunch
😴Pillow Adduction
😴Alternating Leg Circles
😴Vertical Crunches-Stretch for the Toes!

Side-Lying
😴Side-Lying H-I-B-E-R-N-A-T-I-O-N

😴Prone (on tummy)
😴Wide arms superman
😴Child’s Pose
😴Pushups
😴Prone Leg Abduction
😴Reach and Pull Arms

Don’t forget to roll and stretch before you go back to bed!🛏️😴
