12 Reps, 3-4 Round Two-Fer (Do 3-4 sets of each paired exercise before moving on to the next)
Walking Lunge
Reverse Fly
Tree To Star
Up Downs
Alternating Front Scoops
Alternating Side Lunges
Side to Side Bends
Alternating Overhead Press
Reverse Crunch
Double Leg Circles Around and Back
Don’t forget to roll, stretch and look on the bright side of things! There’s often rainbows after the rain!
