Recommended Warm-Up: Track
15 Reps, 3-4 Rounds
Standing Drill
🏊 Straight Arm Lat Pushdown (RB, E.S.)
🏊 Single-Leg Touchdown (Each Leg, E.S.)
🚴 Alt Row (RB, E.S.)
🚴 Walking Lunge (E.S.)
🚴 Chest Press Punch (RB, E.S.)
🚴 Single Leg Side Hops (E.S)
Floor Drill
🚴 Plank Reach (E.S.)
🏃 Flutter kicks (E.S.) and Child’s Pose
🏃 Side-Lying Bicycle Abs (Forward and reverse, each leg, E.S.)
🏃 Biker Abs (E.S.)
🏁 Victory Jumps!!! 🏁
