Want big arms? While most people automatically think biceps are the key to bigger arms, triceps actually represent 2/3's of the upper arm and are in fact the key to filling those sleeves.
Your triceps are composed of 3 distinct heads:
-Long Head - is located on the inside of the upper arm
-Lateral Head - is located on the outside of the upper arm
-Medial Head - is located center between the Long and Lateral heads
The Long Head is the biggest head and adds most of the size. The Lateral Head is the most visible from the side giving your upper arm definition. The Medial Head is the smallest but aids the stability you need to left heavy and grow the Long and Lateral Heads.
