Rotate a hoop, throw and catch with an arabesque

Description
The gymnast performs a minimum of Rotate a hoop on the hand on one hand in wheel plane, while performing an Arabesque.
They continue to hold the arabesque while they throw the hoop above head height. They catch it with one hand, using the same or opposite hand.

Assessment
Can the gymnast:

Hold the arabesque for the duration of all the rotations and the throw and catch?
Catch the hoop successfully?
Demonstrate coordinated rotations in wheel plane with rhythm and control?
